DIGITAL ART exists already longer than many people may think. But it needed a long time that it got access to the "normal" art market, Today we must say: DIGITAL ART is a part of it, with all its consequences.

Like in analogue art there are higher and lower levels of creativity and quality. Not less than in analogue art inspiration, technique, realization (and much more) have the highest value.
